What is the technology infrastructure available at Vcare?
We possess a complete holistic Cisco technology infrastructure for security, network connectivity and all communications. Also, we have an in house IT team with experts in Java, Dot net and PHP. These experts can develop highly reliable and efficient software solutions. Internet and electrical power are redundant with multiple providers and routes.
What is your turn around time to make a project live?
The amount of time that we require varies from 5 days to a month. The number of days is determined by computing the size and the capacity of the project.

Do you have a disaster recovery plan?
In case of any disaster, we have a ready recovery plan. Our centres are situated around the globe, and all these centers act as a backup site for each other. Each set up is equipped and connected through redundant lease lines and VPN networks.
Will I lose control of my data after outsourcing it?
Not at all. Instead, now you would have better control as we will re-organise your database and make it more usable. You can also get customized daily/hourly reports if you need from this data.
